Terms and Conditions

We know you're excited about ordering your wines, but the legal system in the United States requires us to inform you of a few important details before you place your order.

Basically, some state regulators want to control the rights of residents in those states to import beverages across their state lines.  Timberwolf Trading Company is a licensed retailer in the state of Illinois.  When you purchase wine from us, you own it, but only in the state of Illinois.  All of our wines are sold in Illinois, by a licensed Illinois retailer (that's us), and we pass the title on to you, the buyer, but only in the state of Illinois.  We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of Illinois.  You are solely responsible for shipment of wine.  By placing an order with us, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to pick up and deliver the wines to your chosen destination.  Again, we are not the shipper.

You must be 21 or older to shop on this site.  We are a responsible operation and do not sell wine to minors.  Every shipment of wine leaving our premises requires an 'Adult Signature Required' sticker.  All carriers will require identification to prove your are over the legal drinking age of 21 before they will deliver your wine.  By placing your order through our site, you are indicating that you are at least 21 years of age.
